How can you help us?
The benefits of volunteering can be enormous, meeting new people, keeping busy, learning new skills – and you will make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives by helping them.
We always welcome volunteers of all ages to join our team. There are many practical ways you can help our clients - providing local transport (using your own car), mini bus driving, shopping bus escort, visiting, sitting for a carer, dog walking, gardening, basic DIY, working in the office, computer work and much much more. You can do anything from driving the minibus to changing a light bulb!
As a volunteer you can offer as much or little time as you have available, you can help regularly or occasionally.
All volunteer expenses are reimbursed and we will provide training where appropriate. Contact has public liability insurance.
All volunteers have to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
